Who we are

What we collect

The shop name, owner name, phone or LINE ID, area/province, type of shop, estimated monthly card sales and phone type you enter in the form, plus a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent spam.

Why

Only to contact you about the SabaiTap pilot. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Storage and processors

Data is kept in an encrypted cloud database. Our hosting and database providers may process it outside Thailand on our behalf.

How long

Until the pilot ends or 24 months, whichever is sooner, or earlier if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent: email anawil@sabaitap.com. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
